The Recruitment Section is a part of the Department of Education in the Ministry of State. The Section's primary purpose is the recruitment of both new and veteran Combine players into Federation service, either directly for the government or for one of its Crown Corporations. Recruitment officers actively seek out potential candidates while maintaining advertising campaigns that highlight the many benefits of service. Recruitment also coordinates transportation for all new members headed to the Dufilvian Sector for enrollment in the Federation's Ichigo Military Academy. Great Pay and Bonuses
The Federation has high standardized pay rates for all officers and numerous opportunities for bonus pay based on individual initiative and leadership. Important to note is that all pay is based on merit and the work performed. This means that members who do not work do not get paid, but those who do a lot of work get paid very well.

The Federation has career opportunities as varied and exciting as you can imagine. Military service aboard our heavy warships and sleek starfighters in the Navy, armed-to-the-teeth combat on the ground in the Army, or clandestine operations as a secret agent of the Intelligence Bureau are always favorites.
