Greetings my fellow Falleen citizens, I am Minister of State Tavon Allyii, as you probably already know. I have chosen to deliver a brief message to the entirety of the Falleen Federation, and the entire galaxy for that matter.

Today my fellow Falleen, we have taken a great step towards our future of a free and a safe Falleen Federation. Just tonight, the Falleen Diplomacy Department has secured free elections throughout the Pii system and are bringing more and more sentient life into the safety and prosperity of the Falleen Federation. Negotiations with the Raptor Pirates faction helped see to the peaceful and mutually agreeable transfer of governance as Pii settlers embraced Federal annexation.

We are on the verge of attaining our goal of a completely secure and Falleen controlled Orus sector. It is to the Falleen citizenry I place this accomplishment with the most. You, the people, are making this happen, and will reap the benefits of such. A unified Federation is a federation that can stand up to any threat, anywhere, for the cause of freedom and hope. Fundamentally, we find this prosperity to be self evident that our cause is just, that our resolve is infinite, and our strength is unmatched!
