Falleen Naval Contracts was created by Rebel Alliance Colonel Jeff Knight just after his service with the Rebel Alliance had ended. He initially named the company: Slayn and Korpil. The company name changed after the owners sold it to the Falleen Federation. Falleen Naval Contracts was founded in the hopes that, along with other sympathetic ship producers, the Alliance would be provided with the starships it so desperately needed.

The ship producer was incorporated by the Crown during Year 8 at the command of His Excellency, King Bisz Aldaris C.R. S.L. in order to supply the Falleen Federation with the expertise and shipping resources it needed to continue its golden age of development. Under the leadership of Administrator Adel Hosny, the Crown Corporation, now headquartered on the Falleen home world, continues on with the exceptional craftsmanship it had become known throughout the galaxy for.

To this day, FNC remains true to its founding. Its members are happy to be supporting the cause freedom and peace in the galaxy by serving the Federation and her allies.
