Falleen Resource Contracts was created on Year 6 Day 34 the command of His Excellency, King Bisz Aldaris. The King had wisely foreseen that in order to supply the Falleen Federation to continue its development it needed a direct and uninterrupted supply of resource material. Under the leadership of Chief Administrator Sir Jax Karrde K.R. the Crown Corporation, headquartered on the Falleen home world, began prospecting and mining resources in the various systems that fall under the Federation’s control. FRC was then operated by Administrator Sir Xavze Zavan K.R., following a series of events after Mr. Karrde's leave. Sir Zavan recently resigned from his post as Administrator, leaving Deputy Administrator Lance Skydancer to take the reins.

As the first Federation Crown Corporation, Falleen Resource Contracts was a venture that had certain elements of risk attached to it. However, the efforts of all parties involved, the FRC administrative staff, Ministry of the Interior and Ministry of Engineering, were successful and the corporation has thrived. Though the corporation’s main focus has always been supplying the Falleen Federation, from time to time mineral surpluses have been allocated for sales to a select group of third parties.
