The Legion embodies those qualities that make the Falleen people what they are: a dignified and proud people with a long history of cultured society. There are three levels of the LH: Companion, Officer, and Sovereign. The King of Falleen, who is the Sovereign of the Legion, personally bestows the Legion on deserving Federation citizens who through their actions have contributed to their society in incalculable ways. The recipient must swear an oath during the presentation of the order. The words must be spoken out loud and witnessed by four other citizens.

Members of the Legion of Honour are distinguished by wearing a broad sash going from the right shoulder down to the left hip as well as having a gold Legion emblem, in the shape of the Rukhar, displayed on their left breast. The color of the sash dictates the level of the Legion, white and silver for Companions, white and gold for Officers, and crimson red for the Sovereign.

The Legion of Honour is hereditary, as such the eldest child, recongized by the Crown, of a Legion member retains the title and the lands upon the death of the member.

Oath:

"I [full name] so solemnly swear total allegiance to the King of Falleen and the Falleen people. As a [Companion/Officer] of the Legion of Honour, I take upon myself the responsibility of safeguarding the Falleen Crown against all those who would strike it down. I will never cease to support the King while he is alive, and will exult his name after death. I take upon myself the responsibility of preserving the Confederation of Falleen Noble Clans in the face of all adversity that it may face. I will never stop upholding the values of the Federation so long as it endures, and will never cease to reignite them should they ever fail. This I swear to do with all my will, my blood, my very life. So help me, Kiyorath Dhin."

Sovereign (S.L.)
The King of Falleen is the Sovereign of the Legion of Honour and is addressed as 'Your Majesty.' The King rules as sovereign of all Federation territory while the territory itself remains the position of the Federation and thus its citizens.

Officers (O.L.)
An Officer of the Legion of Honour has the privilege of being addressed as ‘my Lord’ and either having ‘Lord’ added before their last name, for example: Admiral Vigort Lord Xezst or adopting the name of their lands, for example Minister Lord Southshire. An Officer is made the Duke of a Federation system.

Companions (C.L.)
A Companion of the Legion of Honour has the privilege of being addressed as ‘my Lord’ and either having ‘Lord’ added before their last name, for example: Admiral Vigort Lord Xezst or adopting the name of their lands, for example Minister Lord Southshire. A Companion is made the Earl and lord of a minor Federation planet.

The Rukhar is the national symbol of the Falleen Federation, a proud and powerful falcon bird that embodies the best qualities of the Falleen and their Federation. There are three levels of the OR: Knight, Peer, and Commander. The King of Falleen, who is the Commander of the Order, personally bestows the Order on deserving Federation citizens, citizens that through their actions have contributed to their society. The recipient must swear an oath during the presentation of the order. The words must be spoken out loud and witnessed by two witnesses.

Members of the Order of the Noblest Rukhar are distinguished by wearing a sash going from the right shoulder down to the left hip as well as having an Order emblem displayed on their left breast. The colour of the sash dictates the level of the Order, silver for Knights, gold for Peers, and crimson red for the Commander.

A Peer of the Order has the privilege of having ‘Sir’ added before their name and P.R. added after their name, for example: Minister Sir Vigort Xezst P.R. A Peer is made the Baron of one or more cities on a Federation planet.

The Tresario Star Kingdom is dedicated to the principles of Liberty and Freedom. It shares these principles with the Falleen Federation and on Day 291 of Year 9 the Star Kingdom elected to become a Protected Dominion of the Federation. The Order of Tresarian Freedom was created to recognize those individuals who have contributed to the cause of Freedom, both within the Star Kingdom and abroad. There are four levels of the OTF: Marshall, General, Brigadier, and Colonel. The General of the Order, who is the Viceroy of Tresario, nominates deserving individuals, and with the assent of the King of Falleen, who is the Marshall of the Order, bestows it upon them. The recipient must swear an oath during the presentation of the order. The words must be spoken out loud and witnessed by two other citizens.

The members of the Order are distinguished by wearing an upper arm patch, on the right arm, with the Tresario emblem on it. The colour of the patch braid indicates the level of the Order, white for Colonel, silver for Brigadier, gold for General and crimson for Marchall.

"I [full name] do solemnly swear allegiance to the Tresario Star Kingdom, its People, Viceroy and to the King of Tresario and Falleen. As a [Colonel/Brigadier/General] of the Order of Tresarian Freedom, I take upon myself the responsibility of safeguarding the Tresario Star Kingdom and the Falleen Crown against all those who would strike it down. I take upon myself the responsibility of preserving the Liberty and Freedom of Tresario and of Falleen in the face of all adversity that it may face. This I swear to do with my will, my blood, my very life."

Marshall (M.F.)
The King of Falleen is the Marshall of the Order of Tresarian Freedom and is addressed as ‘Your Majesty’. The King rules as sovereign of all Star Kingdom territory while the territory itself remains the possession of the Star Kingdom and thus its citizens.

General (G.F.)
The Viceroy of Tresario is the General of the Order of Tresarian Freedom and is addressed as ‘Your Excellency’. The General nominates individuals for the Order and with the Marshall’s assent invests them in the order.

Brigadiers (B.F.)
A Brigadier of the Order has the privilege of having ‘Sir’ added before their name, and the monogram B.F. added after their name. Only a Colonel of the Order may be promoted to the rank of Brigadier of the Order.

Colonels (C.F.)
A Colonel of the Order has the privilege of having ‘Sir’ added before their name, and the monogram C.F. added after their name.
